You need three things to shoot good low light photography. A tripod to keep the camera steady, how to control exposure because the camera may well get it wrong and how to set white balance.

Low light photography is usually about capturing the mood and atmosphere of a place and if you can't step in and take control of your camera it'll probably try to make the scene look like daylight.

Tom and I take you through the steps you need to take for shooting in low light - and Tom has a great sneaky trick up his sleeve involving a Grey Grad filter too.
