7 Building Blocks has... Massively improved my photography overall.

What are the differences before 7 Blocks & after? Having taken photos all of my life, in 1984 I purchased my first SLR, a Canon T70. Aside from reading photography magazines, I also completed a couple of short courses. Whilst knowing most rules for producing a good photo, I was only ever happy with a limited number of my shots despite updating my gear on occasions.

From block two, in MIke's 7BB course, I noticed a huge difference in my photos. Sadly, I had to put the course on hold for a few weeks but following completion, I have been back to some favourite local spots and am absolutely delighted with the difference between my earlier attempts and the more recent shots.

It is not science but in many ways, the 7BB follows the scientific method, a proven method of discovery. I now set aside, specific time every week to ensure I continue my photography journey of discovery, a journey that has been made so much easier and with much better and more consistent results, following the completion of this course.

What is the course worth to you? My profession does not provide me with sufficient time to spend on personal hobbies but I look forward to the day when my camera becomes an appendage. If only I had discovered the 7BB course 20 years ago but regardless, the worth of the course, for me, is limitless.

Would you recommend The 7 Blocks? I would recommend the course to anyone who wants to improve his or her photography. It is a course where one learns from discovery thus, it involves thinking and doing. What better way to learn than to take photos, whilst considering the crucial 7BB.

Tell us about your achievements (Published / sold / 100s of likes etc.): I have previously sold photos under an alias because I was not sufficiently confident in my ability. Having completed the 7BB, I would now be comfortable using my identity.

Anything else you'd like to say? Of the four photography courses I have completed, the 7BB is by far, the most useful and beneficial, worth every cent or penny! To use a quote from a well-known sporting apparel supplier: "Just do it" there is so much to gain and nothing to lose.
