If within sixty days of buying one of our downloadable photography courses or attending a One to One course you're not satisfied with the content and feel it wasn't of value, we'll refund your money

If you've downloaded free samples of our photography courses - please read them thoroughly to avoid unnecessary purchasing.

To request a refund please send us an email with ...

1. The name of the course
2. The date you bought it
3. The invoice number that accompanied your download link
4. The email address you used when you bought the course
5. An explanation of what you didn't like about it and your reasons for requesting a refund - we need to know what didn't work for you so we can make changes and improve future courses and re-writes.

On receiving your message we'll refund you in full and de-activate your photography course.

Please allow up to ten working days for your money to arrive. If you've paid using PayPal, Google Checkout or a credit / debit card refunds are usually with you in three to four working days. Some other payment methods can take longer to refund.

Please don't just request a chargeback from your credit card - ask us first

We won't be upset if you don't like the course - but we don't like having to pay Paypal £7.00 for issuing a chargeback!
