If you've downloaded free samples of our photography courses - please read them thoroughly to avoid unnecessary purchasing.

To request a refund within 60 days of purchase please send us an email with ...

1. The name of the course
2. The date you bought it
3. The invoice number that accompanied your download link
4. The email address you used when you bought the course
5. An explanation of what you didn't like about it and your reasons for requesting a refund - we need to know what didn't work for you so we can make changes and improve future courses and re-writes.

On receiving your message we'll refund you in full and de-activate your photography course.

Please allow up to ten working days for your money to arrive. If you've paid using PayPal, Google Checkout or a credit / debit card refunds are usually with you in three to four working days. Some other payment methods can take longer to refund.

Please don't just request a chargeback from your credit card - ask us first.

We won't be upset if you don't like the course - but we don't like having to pay £7.00 for issuing a chargeback!

If however you are unhappy with the service please be aware that although we are unable to offer refunds for this service, you may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and cancelling the subscription.  This will update the system and your account will be deactivated on the date that your next payment is due.
