If you'd like to set 'Compressed
(zipped) Folders' to be the default for opening this
type of file...
go to the bottom of the
menu where it says 'Choose Program' (see image above)
then select 'Compressed (zipped) Folders' from the list
and tick the box at the bottom which says 'Always use
the selected program to open this kind of file'. (see
image below) Click OK. From now on all Zipped files
will open with a double click.
You can also use specialist software
for creating and un-zipping .ZIP files such as CAM
UnZip which is free. Or you can buy WinZip
or WinRar
Mac
operating systems - course won't open ...
Digital Photography Exposed runs
on windows operating systems. If your Mac has an
intel processor, swith to your Windows OS to run
the course.
The
top part of the PDF window is missing or blurred...
I
f you're using
windows 'Classic' style or have your computer
set to 'Configure for best performance' the top
part of the PDF window with the menus and buy
button will not display properly. To fix this,
please follow these instructions:

Open
your Windows "Start" menu

Right-click
on "My Computer"
-
Select
"Properties" from the pop-up menu
-
Click
on the "Advanced" tab
-
Click
on the "Settings" button in the "Performance"
section
-
Check
the box to the left of the "Use visual
styles on windows and buttons" option
-
Click on the
"OK" button
Activating
a course (upgrading your free sample to the full
version)
You can upgrade to
the full version of Digital Photography Exposed
from within the free sample by clicking the orange
'Buy This eBook Now' button in the top right corner
of your screen.
A window will open for you to enter
your name and email address, then you can either pay
by Paypal or with a card. On completing the transaction
click 'Return to Picture This Ltd' and you'll be given
your activation code on screen.
Copy and paste the activation code
into the activation panel on screen and click 'activate'.
You now have the full version live on your computer.
If you lose your activation key or
forget to click 'Return to Picture This Ltd' don't
worry - we'll have sent you an email back up of your
activation code.
Please note:
Always keep your activation key safely backed up.
If you need to move your course to another computer,
or if your hard drive is replaced or maybe you buy
a new computer, you'll have to re-activate your course
using your activation key. See the next section for
details.
Moving
your course to another computer
All our courses are licensed for
one computer only so they'll only run on the machine
they were activated on. If you want to move it to
another computer please do the following.
Under the 'Help' menu click 'Deactivate
ebook'.
Copy your course to
the computer you want to use it on and open it.
Click the eBook menu
- 'Activate eBook' .
Enter your activation code into
the activation window.
Click 'Activate'
