How to clear Cookies and Cache

If you don't see your course in your account you may need to clear your cache. Annoying we know but web browsers sometimes do weird stuff...

    Chrome

    1. In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
    2. At the top of the 'Clear browsing data' window, click 'Advanced'
    3. Select the following: Browsing history / Download history / Cookies and other site data / Cached images and files
    4. From the 'Time range' drop-down menu, you can choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select All time
    5. Click 'CLEAR DATA'
    6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

    Firefox

    1. From the History menu, select 'Clear Recent History'
    2. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible
    3. From the 'Time range to clear' drop-down menu, select the desired range. To clear your entire cache select 'Everything'
    4. Next to 'Details', click the down arrow to choose which elements of your history to clear. To clear your entire cache, select all items
    5. Click 'Clear Now'
    6. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

    Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11

    1. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.... ...
    2. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete
    3. You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies

    Safari 8.0 - 10.0 (Mac)

    1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences
    2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....
    3. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears
