What to do if your download link has expired

It's OK - we'll send you another one

Download links are active for seventy two hours or three downloads - whichever comes first

If you didn't manage to save the course in time - please email us the receipt we sent you when you bought from us. If you don't have it anymore please send us the following information and we'll send you a new link.

• Your name
• The email address used when you bought the course
• The date you bought it
• The invoice number we emailed you with the back up download link

We can usually do this for you pretty quickly - but please allow up to five working days in case we're away on a shoot etc.
