Switch on 'Display Images'
Most email clients and browsers have the option to display images or not. Make sure yours are enabled. Here's how you do it in Gmail, but there are so many email clients you'll have to Google how to do it with yours.

Some older email clients may need to have HTML settings adjusted.
I'm sorry we can't post a step by step guide here. All mail systems are different and updated regularly. It would be a full time task to keep that amount of information up to date. It will be available online however.
Outlook HTML email settings
- Go to 'Tools Menu'
- Select 'Trust Centre'

3. Select 'Email Security' in the left side panel
4. Uncheck 'Read all standard mail in plaintext'
