This site and the photography training materials available from it contains material protected under International Copyright Laws and Treaties. Any unauthorized reprint or use of this material is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

 

Privacy Policy

If you visit our site, our web server will not automatically recognise information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail addresses of only those who communicate with us. We do not send random marketing emails to to personal email addresses (spam).

We may aggregate information on which pages consumers access or visit, use specific information on which pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information is used to improve the content of our web pages, used to customise the content and/or layout of our pages for the individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers who've agreed we can contact them for marketing and news update purposes. The information we collect is used for internal purposes only and will never be passed on.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, sending us an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

We conform to the data protection act, 1998. Our online card payments are processed by Paypal or Google Checkout via our secure E-Junkie shopping cart. E-Junkie are regulated by Geo Trust.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

 

Video Membership

Your video membership renews automatically monthly or yearly, until you choose to stop it. Payments are taken in a secure environment using Sagepay as the payment gateway. We do not have access to customer's card details. We cannot take payments without your permission. In making your first payment you are telling Sagepay to keep taking payments until you instruct them to stop.

To stop your payments please log in, go to 'my membership' and click 'cancel' under the words 'video subscription'

If you want to buy only one month's membership, you need to cancel within 30 days of your initial payment.

If you ask the payments to stop it takes immediate effect, but you continue to have access to the videos until the date your next payment would have been due.

You can restart your membership at any time by logging into your account, and clicking 'join now'.
